Thanks to the Karada crew for making my days brighter! XD Here's a few words as my thanks to you guys: Totally recommended for people with annoying pain that keeps recurring. I got uneven shoulders (right is lower than left) and a really bad back thanks to an injury I got back in junior high--it makes it around 10 years ago now--and I've went to many health practitioners and also doctors (doctors were the worst; they couldn't even find what was wrong with my back). Most of the time, after these so-called health treatment, my pain would heal... for like a week or so. So far, Karada's treatment has given the most positive result. I've finally able to move around without wincing even a bit! Good bye, my dearest shoulder support, I don't need you anymore. Wait, just because you're young, don't think those pain should be ignored. No more pain means more productivity, right? I'm only 20 something myself and I've never felt better, seriously. Go to Karada and try their magic by yourself!

Pertama kalinya di Jakarta aku menemukan tempat kayak gini. Awalnya sih aku pikir tempat pijat, jadi agak enggan gitu waktu diajak sama temen aku yang udah pergi. Tapi setelah dengar info dari terapisnya, mereka ternyata menyediakan stretching otot juga. Cocok banget buat aku yang ga terlalu suka dipijat, tapi butuh terapi badan.

Pertama kali mencoba treatment di Karada, perbedaannya terasa sekali. Otot dan badan jadi lebih terasa ringan dan tidak kaku seperti sebelumnya. Jadi, sudah tidak ragu lagi untuk mencoba treatment berikutnya dan mengajak orang terdekat untuk ikut mencoba.

Been here twice and never stop to amaze me. I believe they combine some chiropractic techniques and shiatsu massage style. I feel so relaxed, all stretch-out and my sore back is gone. Need to come back again. MUST TRY!

One of the best massage i've ever had! My body was sore after became a bridesmaid for my bff wedding. I went to karada & its definitely worth every penny.

This is my 10th treatment with Karada, and i feels more better. Before i took karada as my health and backpain issue, i've had chiropractic as my treatment. But suddenly all chiro practices in indonesia was closed because permitted issue.

I've start searching and googling for replacing chiro treatment, suddenly i found karada and untill now i'm satisfied with their treatment. Is not expensive like chiro but we've got chiro and fisio therapy treatment at the same time, And they have relaxation technic as well. not only for my back pain issue, but my knee and my neck issue was handled well.

At first i was skeptical to try because i have been to many chiropractic and chiropractic is a long process of healing and expensive, so when i pass by karada, they said they offer bone therapy which was something new to me and they did a small test of showing how uneven my legs were. so i try the massage and after a few massage and stretching here and there.i feel so much better especially on my stiff shoulder.

it really makes my body feel lighter after 1 treatment. I suggest if you often have a stiff back pain and shoulder , you should try it.

I have to say, for someone who needs to gets a massage 3 times a week, I only have to go get a massage just once after I tried Karada.

The difference that i found between Karada and the rest is that other satisfy you temporarily whereas at Karada, it fixes you gradually for a permanent recovery.

I have problems with my neck and back pain as my work requires me to sit and stare on my laptop for hours. I've been trying so many different massage place but never really relieved the pain as the problem is at my joint not muscle.

This place use AP Balance technique to align my spine. It almost feels like you are going for a chiropractic session! The AP balance took about only few mins only but felt much better than 2 hours massage session. The staff are really friendly and well trained.

This place is like a hidden gem.. I meant literally hidden. I wouldn't go here if my cousin who lived at TA apartment didn't inform me about this place. I would recommend this place to anyone who want to heal body/muscle/joint pain as well as for maintenance.

I have been visiting Karada from early Jan 2017 and found that they do the best massage for bacj pain treatment.
I had a back pain since couple years ago and find it really hard to look for a backpain massage. One of my friend recommends this place and i've been a regular since then, over 1 - 2 months of treatment I feel better.
Although their place is not that big but their methods works for me, they have good and clean therapist, with their methods of stretching it really works for my lower back pain problem.
You should try to come here if you want to have a good treatment for your body.

Rare find in Jakarta. I've been to many massage place to fix my shoulder and lower back problem, been everywhere in jakarta and yet still not satisfied. went to few phisio as well and still not working. stumbled accros this place. skilled staff, very attentive. its combination of chiro and massage. massage straight to the point. of the problem.

Japanese style message with a bit of physio-treatment technique. They have very good therapists, most of them.

I have a lower back problem, stiff neck and shoulders. A visit to Bersih Sehat just doesn't do it for me anymore. I've had many expensive treatments with a Chiropractors too. Came across Karada by chance while looking through the mall and was intrigued by the uniqueness of it. Tried it with my friend and we both had the same opinion: Amazing!

Massage was great. It's not a miracle massage that would take your pain away instantly, but it helps you get better.They really listened and got straight to the problematic areas. Staff were very curteous and friendly.

I highly recommend this to anyone who's willing to give it a go. Appointment by phone prior to visit it recommended.

A friend recommended Karada and we tried once and been hooked ever since. The price is a bit high but I think it is worthy since we are always satisfied with the service.

been going here for a couple of years. it's a straight forward body treatment for your abdomens and muscle stiffness.

been around all other massage that provides sport massage / deep tissue / acupressure, nothing is delivers the same consistent results as this one.

if you have back pains, muscle stiffness, other abdominal problems, it's the best bang for your back. 1 hour here is better than 1.5 to 2 hour elsewhere at the same price.
